Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. The primary responsibilities include:
- Communicating with tenants and offering support to help them achieve independence.
- Completing paperwork based on the weekly support provided.
- Ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Ability to perform basic administrative tasks.
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle, as the role requires travel to various properties for support and inspections.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM
- Location: Birmingham, with travel to properties as needed
