Job Title: Housing Associate / Cleaner

Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated individual to join our housing team. You will work alongside a small, dedicated team to support the upkeep and standards of our housing properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular property visits to carry out full inspections
- Perform light cleaning and tidying duties when necessary
- Identify and report maintenance or health and safety issues
- Ensure properties are presented to a high standard
- Communicate effectively with tenants and other members of the team
- Use your initiative to manage tasks and responsibilities independently
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in cleaning, property maintenance, or housing (preferred but not essential)
- A driving license may be beneficial depending on the location of properties
