Salary: £12.21-13.00 per hour plus great tips.

The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Supervisor to support the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a genuine love for Italian cuisine, we use resdiary as our booking system and rota ready as our rota system so any previous work with this systems are appreciated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage reservations and coordinate with the kitchen to optimize service flow.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support the Assistant and General Manager in administrative tasks, including scheduling and inventory management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisor role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in reservation and point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A passion for Italian food and culture is highly desirable
