Skills and Competencies
- 15+ years of experience in strategy, product, marketing, or market research within the Casualty Insurance space.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer personas, and workflows in the Casualty Insurance sector.
- Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile environments and managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
Education
- Undergraduate degree in a business-related field required.
- MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred.
Responsibilities
Drive strategic growth and market insight for Moody’s Casualty Insurance segment.
- Analyse and monitor demand and competitive trends impacting Moody’s customers and prospects.
- Identify growth opportunities across customer sub-segments and workflows.
- Prioritise and deploy product, sales, service, and marketing resources to improve profitability.
- Support M&A and investment activities with strategic recommendations.
- Inform marketing messages and positioning through market insights.
- Leverage deep knowledge of the Casualty Insurance sub-segment to shape product and go-to-market strategies.
- Provide expert insights into industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
- Maintain strong understanding of Moody’s solutions and their value propositions.
- Collaborate with product strategy, GTM enablement, sales, and marketing teams to align initiatives.
- Assess strategic partners and acquisition targets to expand market reach.
- Contribute to sales and marketing materials and thought leadership content.
