Social Media Strategist & Content Creator
Schedule: 5 days per week | Monday to Friday | 11am to 6:30pm | 37.5 hours per week
Location: Hybrid (Required in-clinic for filming, Hampstead, London)
Reports to: Founder (Weekly meeting required)

We are an award-winning aesthetic and laser clinic based in the heart of Hampstead, London, and we’re looking for a creative, forward-thinking, and results-driven Social Media Strategist & Content Creator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and elevate our online presence through engaging, trend-led content that connects with our audience and drives growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Produce viral worthing reels, videos and posts for our social media platforms.
- Post-Production: Edit videos, photos, and graphics for social media.
- Trend Awareness: Spot and jump on trends quickly, with a clear understanding of why content goes viral.
- Creative Strategy: Develop engaging, shareable content that drives interaction and builds community.
- Platform Management: Manage consistent posting across:
- Instagram (2 accounts)
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Influencer Outreach: Identify and connect with relevant influencers for collaborations.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement and performance metrics (views, shares, watch time) and suggest improvements.
- Campaign Planning: Forward-thinking planning and scheduling of content in line with marketing goals.
- Team Collaboration: Support the marketing team with creative input and campaign execution.
- Community: Manage online community interactions by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide insights for improvement.
Skills & Experience
- Video editing expertise (CapCut, InShot, or similar).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to create visually appealing content using tools such as Canva.
- Proven ability to create high-performing, viral content.
- Strong eye for design and trend-led creativity.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Passion for the beauty and aesthetics industry.
- Experience in social media content creation preferred.
- Understanding of analytics to improve performance.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
