Job Title: Creator Marketing Intern
Reporting to: Danny Ingham

Duration & Start Date: 12-month Internship, commencing on the 8th of September 2025

Location: Universal Music Group UK – 4 Pancras Square, London, N1C 4AG

Salary & Benefits: This is a paid internship opportunity. Amplify U is our Early Talent Programme at Universal Music Group UK. It helps build a sustainable and inclusive talent pipeline by equipping emerging professionals with real-world experience, industry insight and the skills to forge a career in music.

Our Internship Overview
The Amplify U Internship is a structured, 12-month paid programme open to individuals aged 18 and over who demonstrate a strong interest in a career in the music industry. Interns are placed within specific departments and will gain meaningful, hands-on experience while developing professionally and personally through curated development sessions, projects and network-building opportunities.

The Role
As an Amplify U Intern, you’ll contribute to live business initiatives, learn directly from industry professionals and grow through tailored development. You’ll be immersed in the day-to-day of your department, gaining valuable skills and making a tangible impact.

The Creator Marketing Intern will provide administrative and creative assistance across creator content and influencer marketing campaigns. Bringing knowledge of key trends in digital, creator content and a network of influencers; the Creator Marketing Intern will focus on utilising digital campaign tools, insights and assets to support the team with the delivery of innovative creator initiatives for a range of collaborative artist campaigns.

Be Administrative
  • Preparing reports and presentation documents ahead of artist and label meetings.
  • Keeping creator database up-to-date with audience segmentation / updating fees
  • Organising creator payments
  • Keeping up to date with reporting and insights across campaigns
  • Additional ad hoc administrative support to the creator marketing manager and wider team across multiple projects.

Be Digital
  • Running analysis and creating reports on growth and changes to social networks for our artists.
  • Keeping abreast of new digital innovation and platforms that might be useful or relevant for our artists.
