About Urbiana: An Overview of the Organisation & Role
Urbiana is a boutique jewellery chain with an online store https://urbiana.co.uk/ and offline presence on Brick Lane. We are headquartered in East London. As a 10-year-old, the company is already profitable and has strong brand recall in its target market. We are looking to enter the next stage of our growth building on our niche brand and customer insights. We are looking to pivot towards a digital and omni channel retailer and are looking to recruit a digital, social media content creator to help aid the business in making this pivot. You will be trained by the Director to become an asset for the team and become an integral part of its growth story, as a “Social Media & Content Creator” for our brand.
- Assist and support marketing initiatives on fashion platforms like Etsy, Trouva, Amazon and ASOS Marketplace https://marketplace.asos.com/boutique/urbiana
- Design and publish digital marketing campaigns on our own website.
- Create content for monthly email campaigns on Mailchimp.
- Manage and post on social media- Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
- Support in various general administrative and clerical aspects which will enhance Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills.
- The opportunity to work on our fashion marketplace content, support our digital newsletter campaigns and a variety of administrative tasks will increase employability skills immensely.
- Liaise with the team on all digital aspects of our new product launches on Brick Lane, creating mood boards and trend boards.
Location
The job will be based remotely - depending on government guidelines and requirements at the time. We intend to split the time between training sessions and in-store work so they get a good idea of working in both environments.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £10.00-£10.50 per hour
