We’re partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed edtech startup building the world’s most effective personalised AI tutor - and we’re hiring a STEM Educational Content Creator to join their small but mighty team.

This is a rare opportunity to apply your subject expertise and teaching insight to a product already in the hands of over 80,000+ monthly learners. You’ll be working directly with developers, designers, and AI engineers to create and optimise the educational content that fuels real-time, adaptive learning across Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Computer Science.

Key Responsibilities

As a STEM Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing rigorous, engaging, curriculum-aligned content for GCSE and A-level STEM subjects
  • Reviewing and refining content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and pedagogical impact
  • Structuring subject matter for integration with AI-driven learning algorithms
  • Designing question banks, worked examples, explanations, and practice tasks
  • Collaborating with engineers and designers to align academic content with UX
  • Staying on top of curriculum changes, assessment trends, and STEM pedagogy innovations
  • Upholding high standards for academic quality and learner accessibility

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who combines academic excellence with real educational insight. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A First-Class degree in a STEM subject (e.g. Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science), from Oxford, Cambridge, a Russell Group university, or an equivalent globally renowned institution
  • Experience teaching or creating high-quality learning content for GCSE or A-level exams
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • The ability to explain complex ideas with clarity and impact
  • A keen interest in AI in education, learning science, and edtech innovation
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage your own projects
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership, startup-style environment

Bonus points for:

  • PGCE or equivalent teacher training
  • Experience building digital content for edtech platforms
  • Familiarity with IGCSE, IB, AP, or international equivalents
