We are seeking an energetic, confident, and experienced Promotional Beverage Server to join our nightlife team. This role is perfect for someone with a vibrant personality who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and knows how to engage guests to boost beverage sales.
As a key member of our promotions team, you’ll be responsible for serving pre-poured shots and specialty drinks, interacting with guests, and creating a lively and memorable atmosphere on the floor. Your goal: promote drink sales while delivering exceptional service and a fun guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Serve and promote shots and specialty drinks to guests throughout the club
- Engage with patrons in a friendly, professional, and energetic manner
- Handle cash/credit transactions quickly and accurately
- Support promotional events and themed nights as needed
- Maintain appearance standards and represent the brand positively
- Work closely with bartenders, hosts, and security to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and club policies
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a shot server, bottle service staff, or beverage promotions team member preferred
- Must be 18+
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills
- Comfortable working late-night shifts, weekends, and in loud environments
- Must be reliable, professional, and maintain a polished appearance)
