We are looking for an experienced and motivated Weekend Server Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team on Saturdays and Sundays. This is a hands-on role that involves supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and keeping everything running smoothly during our busiest days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the café team during weekend shifts
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service
- Organise staff breaks and manage front-of-house cover
- Handle customer queries or issues in a professional and friendly way
- Assist with food and drink service, including barista duties
- Ensure the café is clean, tidy, and well presented at all times
- Support with end-of-day close down procedures, cashing up, and reporting
- Communicate any weekend issues or feedback to the Café Manager or Directors
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working in a café or hospitality setting
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Confident, organised, and able to stay calm under pressure
- Friendly and approachable, with a team-first attitude
- Barista skills are a bonus, but training can be given
- Reliable and committed to providing a great customer experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
