As the OEM for SABROE, Frick Compressors, and York products, our nationally based engineers provide planned, preventative, and reactive services across sectors including food & beverage, cold storage, leisure, pharma, and automotive.
We’re hiring a Service Coordinator with strong organisational skills to manage service support teams and ensure timely, high-quality customer service for maintenance and repairs. This is a full time and permanent position based in our office in Belshill.

Key Responsibilities
Engineer scheduling and utilisation
Planner and timesheet management
Job creation (maintenance, quoted, reactive)
Parts ordering and customer communication
PO handling, invoicing, quotations, WIP management
KPI tracking and compliance (EHS, FGAS)
Maintaining training matrix
