We now have an exciting opportunity for Senior Sales and Events Co-ordinator to join our hotel.


As a Senior Sales and Events Co-ordinator you will be required to master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties. The main duties expected within the role are:


  • Proactively generate new business by identifying and targeting potential wedding and private event clients through outbound sales activity, networking, and local relationship building
  • Respond to all event and wedding enquiries promptly and professionally, conducting thorough show rounds and follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to create and execute targeted campaigns to increase visibility and bookings for weddings, private celebrations, and seasonal events.
  • Foster strong relationships with prospective and repeat clients to encourage loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Attend wedding fairs, showcases, and networking events to build awareness of the hotel’s offering and actively seek new business leads.
  • Proactively target and secure new corporate clients for meetings, conferences, training sessions, and networking events through sales outreach, account development, and site visits.
  • Identify key local and regional businesses with regular accommodation and event needs, building strong relationships and negotiating bespoke packages to secure repeat business
  • Proactively pursue new negotiated rate agreements with local companies and travel bookers, ensuring competitive pricing and value-added offerings aligned with business needs.
