In line with company growth, this is a key role, ensuring that the Quality (ISO 9001) Environmental (14001), Health, Safety (45001) and Energy (50001) systems and associated administration / documentation, via the BSI online management tool Entropy are adhered to, audited, and improved / upgraded, where necessary.
This role suits a QHSE Advisor or Co-Ordinator, looking for progression to a senior management role and structured, specialist training where necessary.
The Role Health, Safety and Accreditations Co-Ordinator
Responsible for the compliance of processes, systems, and records.
Supporting Health, safety and accreditations manager
Management of online portals, such as Entropy, LOLER certification via Allianz and training provision via Essential skills
Supporting the team in the main distribution centre, providing guidance, training, and support in completing risk assessments, incident / accident investigation
ESG activities including a hands-on approach to help manage the company carbon reduction plan and meeting other environmental & energy reduction company objectives
Supporting the tender team in completion of tenders for large national accounts
Hours: 42.5 hours a week within the hours of 0730 and 1730 on Mondays to Fridays as notified by the Company.

Health, Safety, and accreditations Advisor / Co-Ordinator.
Experience in a similar role or working with ISO accreditations, minimum of 3 year
Determined and a positive attitude to reducing our carbon footprint and driving continuous improvement across the ISO accreditations.
Happy to work autonomously and as part of a team when required, such as project works, with external bodies and internal/ external auditing teams
Looking for progression to senior management role.
Wanting further structured, specialist training.
Desirable Qualifications
IOSH managing safely
Environmental, health & safety and quality ISO audit qualifications
NEBOSH general certificate
