About our Nursery

Busy Bees Ealing 2A/2B The Grove, rated Good by Ofsted, has a capacity of 50 children and features warm and welcoming rooms thoughtfully designed to create a nurturing and inviting atmosphere where children can flourish and thrive. Our tailored approach caters to each child's unique needs and interests, encouraging them to learn, explore, and unleash their full potential. Thanks to our dedicated team, no two days are the same, as they carefully curate a variety of fun-filled activities that continuously stimulate young minds. The adventurous outdoor garden provides ample space for exploration, play, and imagination. Conveniently nestled in the heart of Ealing, our nursery offers a central and accessible location for families seeking early years education. With excellent transportation links nearby, parents can easily drop off and pick up their children; the M4 is just a five-minute drive away, Ealing Broadway Station is an eight-minute walk, and bus stops on Grange Road and Bond Street are just a short stroll away. We also provide complimentary lunches for our children, ensuring they are well-fed and ready to enjoy all the engaging experiences we offer. What to Expect as a Senior Nursery Room Leader:
  • Ensure that educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of the children.
  • Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team.
  • Oversee the wellbeing and safeguarding of children, making necessary adaptations to support children with additional needs.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's development.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the centre.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
  • Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
