We are looking to recruit two Senior Marketing Delivery Executives to join our UK Marketing & Sales team on a hybrid basis, working at least 1 day per week based at our Woking office.
Please note this is a permanent position, working full time (35 hours per week)
As a Senior Marketing Delivery Executive, you will be playing a key role within our marketing delivery team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to budget, while aligning with the University’s strategic objectives. You will be supporting planning, coordination, as well as leading the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to support student recruitment, brand awareness and stakeholder engagement. This is a hands-on role where you will be taking ownership of the day-to-day delivery of marketing projects and campaigns - overseeing workflow, managing resources and ensuring consistent, high-quality outputs across digital, print and event promotional channels.
You will be a creative problem solver with the ability to focus on the bigger picture. The ideal candidate will have experience and a proven background of delivering marketing plans, across a range of channels (online and offline).
As our Senior Marketing Delivery Executive, you will:
- Take the lead in delivering the marketing campaign plans across various channels, platforms and teams (internally and externally), including digital, print and internal events
- Support the management of project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective campaign delivery.
- Ensure that all marketing assets (graphics, content, videos, etc.) are ready for deployment according to the campaign schedule developed by the Marketing Planner.
- Assist with digital marketing activities, such as PPC and paid social media campaigns, briefing and managing the delivery of social media recruitment activity.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of marketing deliverables by reviewing content, designs and other materials before launch.
We are looking for people who are/have:
- Exemplary communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally.
- Project management skills and the ability to translate marketing requirements into clear briefs
- An understanding and knowledge of marketing channels across the full mix (both online and offline).
- Media agency experience.
- Experience of mentoring marketing colleagues to support professional growth within the team.
- An ability to network and engage others both internally and more widely to implement and deliver plans.
- A flexible, forward looking, solutions focused approach, objective and can demonstrate sound judgement.
