The role
We are looking for a talented and dynamic Senior Content Manager to drive forward WiredScore’s content ambitions in 2025 and beyond.
As WiredScore expands rapidly across new geographies and asset classes, and with our ambition to become the authoritative voice in real estate technology, our content must keep pace. We need to increase our cadence of creation to support our global sales teams, contribute meaningfully to conversations happening in our industry, and remain visible and relevant in a professional world where content is being produced and consumed faster than ever.
Sitting in the global marketing team and reporting to the Head of Content and PR, you will be responsible for creating innovative, engaging content to position WiredScore as the leading voice of technology in the global real estate industry.
The ideal candidate will be excited by finding creative ways to build our reputation as a critical resource for insights into how technology is reshaping the real estate industry through content. You will be an adaptable team player who knows how to work with colleagues from across WiredScore to inform shape content campaigns and to get the voices of our innovative and dynamic leaders heard.
We are looking for someone with a strong grasp of the real estate industry and, preferably some experience in technology too.
Responsibilities
- Working alongside the Head of Content to plan and execute a content strategy that aligns with WiredScore’s objectives and target audience.
- Support the creation of and manage an editorial calendar to deliver timely content across various digital platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills that can be optimized across a diverse mix of channels and formats.
- Comprehensive knowledge of video content across ideation, creation and delivery
- Research industry trends, market insights and competitor analysis to inform content development and identify opportunities.
- Confidently work with subject matter experts to gather accurate and compelling information
- Ensure publishing of engaging and SEO-friendly content, including articles, blog posts, website copy, social media posts and email newsletters.
- Collaborate with other members of the marketing team and other stakeholders to oversee the content creation of visually appealing and multimedia-rich assets.
- Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates and conversions, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Keep abreast of trends in content marketing that WiredScore can be tapping into
- Brief and analyse data (proprietary and third party) to craft narratives relating to technology in the built environment
Experience
We would love to meet someone who:
- 5/6+ years of experience in a similar role; preferably B2B, and a bonus if this is in real estate
- Has an experimental mindset and who feels comfortable pushing the boundaries, challenging the way content is created and delivered across digital and traditional channels
- Has experience across different content mediums (research, video, written, audio etc.)
- Has very strong project management skills, with the ability to manage both junior and senior team members throughout any given project
- Has excellent attention to detail and a conscientious approach to their work
- Has strong collaboration experience and mindset with the ability to understand wider stakeholder challenges and create solutions for those within your remit
- A good understanding of online reporting data and tools: ideally familiar with Google Analytics and able to interpret data-driven insights and set a recommendation
- Feels comfortable using AI as part of their day-to-day work
- Experience liaising with senior stakeholders for idea generation and reporting
