We are looking for a proactive and professional Security Administrator to support our operations and ensure excellent service delivery to both customers and suppliers. This role involves handling service requests via phone and email, maintaining accurate records, and escalating issues as needed. You’ll also coordinate additional security cover, manage information requests, and help improve internal processes.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–3pm, with flexibility available to suit the right candidate.
SIA licence is required.

Main Responsibilities
- Planning and implementation of forward scheduling to control centre cover
- Ensure initial scheduling of new employees completed within an acceptable timeframe
- Monitor & supervise the delivery of customer support requests ensuring deadlines are met
- Assist in sending weekly reports to customers and clients
- Assist with weekly and monthly payroll tasks
- Assist with cross charges and monitoring charges
- Managing absence and pay
- Using timegate system for creating employee profiles and rotas
- Supporting with support cover

The Ideal Candidate
- Needs SIA licence
- Good Analytical skills
- Able to prioritise workloads & manage time efficiently and effectively
- Data management & input
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and customers
- Competent with different types of operational systems
- Able to proactively plan training activity / events and mitigate potential barriers to success
- Strong interactive communication skills
- Knowledge of TimeGate would be advantageous but full training will be given
