Secretary/Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Secretary/Administrator who is enthusiastic, conscientious and reliable. Excellent audio and copy typing skills are essential together with strong IT skills (MS Office including Word and Excel etc ). A professional telephone manner demonstrating solid communication and interpersonal skills are needed for this challenging and varied role.
Knowledge of the Fenestration or Building trade would be useful.
This is a full time role ( Mon-Fri 9-5) and own transport necessary due to rural location.
Daily Duties
- Telephone enquiries
- Updating company database
- Invoice retentions
- Sales monitoring (liaising with Sales Director)
- Service department appointments and organising/paperwork
- FCA
- HR and Sub-Contractors
- Company vehicle management
- HMRC
- General admin/filing
- Aiding Manager Director with business
- Essential Qualification/Skills Required
- Good working knowledge is essential of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word etc
- Excellent telephone manner- must have friendly and helpful personality when taking and dealing with calls
- Good administrative skills and the ability to multi task
- Good numeracy skills and the ability to work with figures
- Knowledge of the Fenestration Industry would be a bonus
