The role:
The Sales Support Assistant is a dynamic, multi-skilled role at the heart of our business. You’ll play a key part in keeping everything running smoothly by stepping into different departments including Sales, Order Processing, Customer Care, and our Design Studio whenever extra support is needed. Whether it’s helping customers, chasing down supplier details, or assisting with artwork, you’ll ensure that no matter how busy things get, our clients always receive an outstanding experience.
Sales Support
- Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries when required, creating a positive first impression.
- Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, and sample requests.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date to support a smooth sales journey.
Order Processing
- Check and process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm stock, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure all order details are passed seamlessly into production.
Customer Care
- Provide friendly, proactive support to customers via phone and email.
- Keep customers updated on their orders and delivery progress.
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally, ensuring every customer feels valued.
Studio Support
- Assist with artwork proof approvals and file handling to assist with the closing of deals.
General
- Jump in across departments to cover staff absences or peak workloads.
- Suggest and contribute to process improvements that make life easier for both teams and customers.
- Work closely with all teams to deliver the best possible service and customer experience.
Skills:
- Previous experience in complaint handling/customer service is desirable but not essential.
- Highly reliable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 9am - 5pm. Weekdays (Friday 4:30pm finish).
*Overtime available during busy periods.
Salary: £23,400
