ReveGro are an international leader in sales and marketing and we are seeking Technical Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have experience working in Logistics, Warehousing and Fulfillment sectors.
We drive growth for diverse industry leaders, SMEs, and emerging businesses through market research, telemarketing, appointment generation, and digital marketing.
Role Overview
As a Technical Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in representing our European clients in their ideal markets to identify new customer opportunities. This will involve:
- Engaging with various business sectors and Director/C-Level contacts using a consultative and compelling approach.
- Immersing yourself in our clients’ value propositions to effectively promote their products and services.
- Establishing relationships with decision-makers through telephone and LinkedIn engagement, converting these into appointments or quotations.
- Maintaining a consistent sales pipeline, utilising our sales processes effectively.
- Ability to engage with senior management and our clients to efficiently demonstrate performance, delivering coherent recommendations to optimise results.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in a sales environment with a track record of generating high-value sales opportunities over the telephone and digital channels.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and exceptional administrative skills.
- Excellent listening skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in English (multi-lingual is a plus). Grammar and how you coherently describe the opportunities you generate is very important.
- Ability to work independently from home with strong self-motivation, organisation, and commitment.
- Strong commercial awareness
- Aptitude and confidence in establishing rapport with new people, underpinned by a clear, professional communication style.
- Experience in using LinkedIn to engage with senior professionals and create new sales opportunities.
You must have a high-quality internet connection and your own modern equipment including laptop/desktop, headset, webcam, and microphone.
You will be required to install remote desktop software for accessing our systems and collaborating with the team.

Commission Scheme
In addition to your basic salary starting from £25,000 per annum, you can earn additional income through our unique commission scheme which rewards exceeding expected minimum performance across several KPIs.

Working hours
Your working hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5pm with a 30 minute lunch break.
