This is a key role for someone who thrives in a structured yet fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with team leadership. You will be responsible for coordinating a team of Sales Advisors, maintaining efficient office workflows, and acting as a vital support to the Sales Manager — including stepping in during their absence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a team of Sales Advisors to meet daily and weekly performance goals
- Manage the day-to-day running of the sales office, ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly
- Oversee the accurate and timely preparation and dispatch of customer paperwork and documentation
- Allocate, monitor, and track sales leads and team performance using Excel and internal systems
- Act as a central point of contact for both staff and management on all office operations and queries
- Support and cover for the Sales Manager during absences, including team supervision and issue resolution
- Handle customer communication (calls/emails) with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensure data accuracy across platforms and maintain clear records of activity and performance
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to implement new processes and improve team productivity
- Motivate and support the team with regular feedback, coaching, and incentive ideas
- Prioritise workloads, delegate effectively, and ensure timely completion of all tasks
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and assist in resolving day-to-day operational challenges
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a team leader, office coordinator, or senior administrator role (ideally within a sales or customer service environment)
- Proven ability to support or cover for management in a busy office setting
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, email platforms, and internal CRM/sales systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
- A natural motivator with a collaborative leadership style
- Professional, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Proactive and confident in making decisions when needed
