Role Overview:
We are looking for an detail-oriented, and creative Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be at the heart of our marketing campaigns and sales activities, helping to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Content Management – Maintain, update, and optimise website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand messaging.
- Copywriting – Produce clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for marketing materials, blog posts, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
- Email Marketing – Plan, create, and distribute targeted email campaigns, track performance, and optimise for engagement and conversion.
- Liaising with Marketing Agency – Coordinate with external marketing partners to execute campaigns, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet brand standards.
- Quoting Customers – Prepare and send quotations promptly, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Following Up Quotations – Track and follow up on open quotes to drive conversions.
- Cross-Selling & Up-Selling – Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services to existing customers.
- Identifying New Opportunities – Research and develop leads to support the sales pipeline.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sales or marketing within a B2B business
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Degree in relevant subject desirable not required
