The Role
As a Junior Marketing Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns, generating leads, and converting prospects into loyal clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to develop a career in sales and marketing, with full training and mentorship provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (events, B2B, digital, etc.)
- Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve daily/weekly targets
- Engage with potential clients to promote our services and explain our value proposition
- Assist in planning and delivering promotional activities
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales using CRM tools
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to improve campaign performance
- Build strong product knowledge and stay updated on market trends
Requirements
- A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn
- Some previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is a bonus (but not essential)
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
