We have an exciting new vacancy in our sales and customer services team based in Maidstone Town centre. We will provide excellent training and development for the successful candidate. The role is office based, 35 hours per week, on a competitive salary. Due to the role being predominantly phoned based, the successful candidate would need to have an excellent telephone manner, understand how to deliver first class service and someone who is keen to learn and progress.
As a member of our sales and customer services team, you will be expected to:
- Be capable of working collaboratively and flexibly with team members to ensure that business needs are met
- Manage your responsibilities in a fast paced working environment
- Give technical and administrative assistance to and communicate effectively with customers
- Fulfil the demands and needs of customers
- Complete ad hoc tasks as required by Management
