Role Overview:
As a Junior Customer Service Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to answer queries, provide product information, and support the sales process. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customers receive a high standard of service and that sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and promotions.
- Support the sales team by generating leads and following up on potential sales opportunities.
- Record and update customer data accurately in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer issues with patience and empathy, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the company’s values.
Requirements:
