Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and an understanding of the importance of hospitality in the hotel industry.
Duties
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-presented.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and tea in guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitising to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed to ensure an adequate supply of clean linens.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries.
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage time effectively while performing multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Pay: £12.21-£16.47 per hour
