Residential Support Workers - Children's Home

About the Home:

A brand-new solo provision located in Preston (PR2) , providing specialist care for one young person with EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) . The service is designed for high support needs and will be staffed 2:1 at all times. The home is set to open following the Registered Manager's successful Ofsted registration, anticipated by the end of August .

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking to recruit 3 experienced Residential Care Practitioners who are confident, compassionate and committed to providing high-quality therapeutic care in a 2:1 setting.

✅ You must have:

• An understanding of what a Children's Home is, and it is desired that you have worked in a Children's Home previously
• A Full UK Driving Licence

✅ You will also need:

• Experience supporting young people with complex needs
A calm, resilient approach and a passion for safeguarding children
