Residential Support Worker
Location: Torfaen
Hours: Full-time | 4 days on / 4 days off ( 8am–8pm)

Midway TS Ltd is looking for caring, passionate individuals to support young people in one of our homes in Torfaen. This role offers a great work-life balance with no sleep-ins and guaranteed long weekends off. You’ll help young people develop essential life skills, gain confidence, and create positive memories.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting young people with daily routines and school attendance
- Planning and joining in activities and outings
- Encouraging healthy eating through cooking workshops
- Assisting with household duties and paperwork
- Promoting the safety, wellbeing, and development of young people
Requirements:
- Genuine passion for supporting young people
- Flexible and positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Confidence in managing challenging behaviour
- Full UK driving licence
