Further information
We are looking for a self-motivated, dedicated and reliable team player to work in a busy team. The Rents Officer post is a challenging role where the successful candidate will take a preventative approach, having responsibility for rental income collection, rent arrears recovery and the provision of support and advice to tenants. We are asking for someone who will show empathy to the individual circumstances of customers and balance this with the need to help keep rent arrears to a minimum and recover rent arrears. The post holder will report directly to the Senior rents officer and will assist in ensuring that performance levels are sustained and that tenants received excellent levels of customer care from the Housing service. It is essential that you have a current driving licence and your own transportation.
