Following our recent review of the People team, we have an exciting opportunity for a coordinator who will be at the forefront of engaging with our internal and external candidates and working closely with hiring managers to ensure smooth interviews and onboarding processes.
As a key, multiskilled player in our team, you'll also manage essential administrative tasks and provide exceptional support in the onboarding / Prehires process across Anglian Water.

What does it take to be an Onboarding and Recruitment Coordinator ?
Excellent problem solving and organisational skills
Strong team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
Superb attention to detail and the ability to pay attention to the small details to ensure compliance
Ability to manage your own workload and timings, prioritising when needed
Excellent IT skills with proven experience of O365 applications
Experience of dealing with customers and onboarding would be beneficial but not essential
Aptitude and ability to work in a fast paced and continuous improvement focussed environment
