Role Overview:
As a Weekend Host & Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 9 am to 9 pm. Your warm and welcoming demeanor will set the tone for their experience, creating a positive and memorable atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly smile, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and ensure smooth seating arrangements.
- Provide information about our services, menu, and any special promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to handle busy periods and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations and guest information.

Friday, Saturday, Sunday
2pm to 2 pm
