Job Overview
We are seeking a enthusiastic and organised Front of House to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role requires a blend of administrative skills and excellent customer service abilities, making it essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our front office.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Manage incoming calls with appropriate phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the relevant departments.
- Perform administration tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Utilise Microsoft 365 and our legal case management software for various administrative tasks including file opening and document management and managing schedules.
- Assist with clerical duties such as post, scanning, and organising and maintaining office standards.
- Support the team with organisational tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Experience
- Experience in answering and redirecting phone calls is essential. You may also have to deal with irate clients, so conflict resolution skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure is also essential
- Previous office front of house experience is preferred, showcasing familiarity with administrative processes.
- Strong computer skills are essential, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
