We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Restaurant Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience from the moment guests arrive.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally as they enter the restaurant
- Manage reservations and waitlists using our booking system
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure efficient table turnover
- Handle guest concerns or special requests with a positive attitude
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
