Job Description
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for customers at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. creating invoices, ordering parts, quoting customers, booking jobs, calling customers, doing returns, administrative work, and general tidying up).

Qualifications/Skills
High school diploma or relevant work experience
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Willing to learn
Can deal with pressure well
Can adapt to situations quickly
Experience as a receptionist is useful but not required, as long as you can interact with new people easily.
Hours: 25–30 per week, Monday to Friday. Hours can vary between 9am and 3pm.
