We have a vacancy within our friendly reception team at our main site in Windsor.
Hours requiring cover are below. Candidates must genuinely be interested in an ongoing part time role.
Successful candidates must be flexible to help cover sickness and annual leave for colleagues, if and when required. On occasion they may be required to work at our branch site in Englefield Green. Previous applicants need not apply. * As this role is permanent it would not be suitable for students. No agencies.*
Available hours
- Monday 1.00pm- 6.30pm
- Tuesday 07.45am-1.15pm Admin
- Wednesday 07.45-1.15pm
- Thursday 1.00pm- 6.30pm
- Friday 07.45am-1.15pm Admin
This totals 27.5 hours per week

Previous experience of working in a GP surgery is extremely desirable. EMIS web knowledge ideal.
Candidates without such experience will be considered as full training and support will be provided but candidates should have the following skills:
- excellent phone manner
- face to face customer service skills- a friendly and professional approach
- good IT skills and accurate record keeping
- ability to multi-task in a calm and efficient way in a very busy environment
- ability to deal with any difficult situations in a firm but empathetic manner.
- good organisation and administrative skills; attention to detail
- ability to work effectively within a team
Job Type: Part-time, permanent role. Salary £12.21 per hour
