Best Western Chilworth Manor has an opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Front of House team. As the first port of call for guests arriving at the hotel this is a key position and experience in a similar role would be a distinct advantage.
Chilworth Manor is located on the outskirts of Southampton with 97 bedrooms and 11 function rooms. Set in 12 acres of gardens the hotel is popular with leisure and corporate guests and hosts many weddings, functions, conferences and Christmas parties.
Key responsibilities will include checking guests in and out of the hotel, taking reservations, dealing with guest enquiries and driving Best Western Rewards.
Having previous experience of Rezlynx would be preferred but not needed.
This role is offer working shifts across 7 days per week, including weekend and bank holidays. Due to the location of the hotel and limited public transport the successful applicant must have access to their own transport for travel to and from the hotel
