As the successful candidate you will play a crucial role in supporting the great work we already carry out at UWE. This position requires strong clerical and administrative skills alongside an affinity for numbers as you’ll support the billing process, however fair to also say a proficiency in various software applications would also be advantagious. This is a fantastic newly created role, identified as a requirement to support with our billing preparation.
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised QS Administrator to join our team at UWE. As the successful candidate you will play a crucial role in supporting the team
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration support for QS
- Run regular reports from company CAFM system
- Compare client and company systems
- Ensure all tasks are in correct status to bill client, with correct evidence
- Input sales rates
- Input stock/material costs
- Input timesheets
- Input quotes
- Carry out billing investigations
- Audit checks
- Chase suppliers on PO/Invoicing Queries
About You:
The idea candidate will need to demonstrate:
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally familiarity with Epix & Verisae CAFM.(Training provided)
- Good numerical skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A customer-focused attitude with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to team success.
