Minors & Brady have opened an incredible opportunity, and we are seeking an experienced property professional to join Norfolk’s highest listing and highest selling estate agency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the Norfolk property market and be driven to deliver exceptional results.
Our valuers combined see over 500 property valuations per month, so expect to be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment whilst being genuinely passionate about giving 5 star customer service.
Your role is to:
-Prepare data and accurately value our client’s homes for sale
-Help prepare clients for their move, ensuring they understand the process and costs associated
-Give expert advice at all times
-Close opportunities and negotiate a fair fee for the high service provided.
-Work with our branch managers and area directors to maintain market leading positions
-To create the relevant hand over notes for our administrators to build property details
-Work to the highest compliance and regulation standards
-No photography is necessary, as we have our own in-house professionals
Full-time and a full driver’s license is required. Car allowance is provided and business mileage paid.
