This is a varied, detail-oriented role, ideally suited to someone highly organised with excellent computer literacy and a keen eye for presentation. You’ll work as part of our marketing and administration team to ensure each property is launched to the market professionally and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ordering and processing completed floorplans
- Uploading properties to the market via our CRM and major property portals
- Creating and editing bespoke property brochures using Adobe InDesign
- Occasional photo editing
- Liaising with our PR team to promote homes
- Supporting our branches with property-related administrative tasks
- Proofreading and copy-checking content
- Ensuring every property meets our high marketing standards
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good general computer literacy
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign would be a distinct advantage but training would be provided if required
- Strong spelling, grammar, and attention to detail
- Organisational and time management skills
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in property, administration, or marketing would be beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided
