We are seeking a Project Lead to own the implementation of TympaHealth services within the NHS. This is a key role in enabling our growth strategy by ensuring that our NHS customers have a seamless, effective onboarding experience, meet the expected patient outcome improvements and proceed with wider adoption.
You will work with senior stakeholders within the NHS and TympaHealth and will be at the centre of a wide network of internal and external colleagues, working cross-functionally to coordinate project execution. You will be the driving force behind new NHS implementations and upgrades, ensuring they are delivered on time, on value and with maximum impact.
You will manage a small team of direct reports to support NHS project delivery and ongoing value realisation. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for NHS rollouts — from kick-off to go-live and post-launch support.
- Create project plans, track progress and provide regular reports to NHS stakeholders and internal stakeholders.
- Own the customer onboarding journey from a project delivery perspective, ensuring a smooth, structured and successful implementation.
- Act as the key point of contact for customer project leads and stakeholders, holding regular touch points to maintain alignment, progress and confidence.
- Work cross-functionally across sales, customer success, product, finance, operations, implementation, customer support, professional services and technical teams to ensure a coordinated and well-executed rollout.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies and issues to keep projects on track and deliver high quality outcomes.
- Track, measure and report on customer satisfaction and adoption metrics, using insights to improve future rollouts and customer experience.
- Support commercial growth by ensuring the customer is set up for long-term success and value realisation from our platform.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Your Profile
You are a highly versatile, energetic individual who is detail and task orientated. You should have an entrepreneurial spirit, be practical with a positive can-do mentality. You have a formal project management qualification (Prince2 or similar) you also:
- have solid project management experience including leading NHS projects, ideally from a medtech and / or SaaS provider;
- bring strong commercial acumen — you understand the bigger picture and how customer success drives business growth and you also understand the smaller picture and are happy to roll your sleeves up and do the smaller things – nothing is beneath you;
- thrive in cross-functional environments and are skilled at bringing people together to achieve shared goals;
- are comfortable navigating an ambiguous environment and distilling down to clear and precise strategic objectives;
- are an excellent communicator and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike;
- have a solutions-oriented mindset and can anticipate challenges before they become blockers;
- are comfortable working with senior stakeholders and can influence without authority;
