We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join the commercial team on a major light rail infrastructure project in Birmingham.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the team by managing timesheets, purchase orders, processing invoices, raising order requests, and inputting data into our in-house system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Printing, scanning, sending and chasing timesheets
- Process and manage purchase orders, invoices, and order requests.
- Maintain accurate records using in-house software.
- Compile and submit weekly reports and financial figures.
- Liaise with key stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Provide general administrative support to the commercial team.
Requirements:
- Proven administration experience (essential).
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Able to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick to learn new systems and software.
