As part of our continued growth, we’re seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of our renewable energy projects. Based in Leeds, you will work closely with our Project Managers and technical teams to coordinate schedules, track progress, manage documentation, and keep communication flowing between all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with planning, organising, and delivering projects from initiation to completion.
- Maintain project timelines, budgets, and milestone trackers.
- Coordinate communication between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
- Arrange and support site visits, meetings, and inspections.
- Prepare and distribute project reports, updates, and documentation.
- Monitor procurement schedules and contractor deliverables.
- Help identify and escalate potential risks, delays, or issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
- Maintain accurate records for project close-out and handover.
About You
- Experience in project coordination or administration (energy, construction, or engineering sectors preferred, but not essential).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites or stakeholder meetings.
