We are looking for a committed and capable Production and Office Administrator to support our established production team. This is a great opportunity for someone keen to build a career in woven textile manufacturing and contribute to the continued success of a respected UK-based textile company.
About the Role:
This is a varied and hands-on role supporting both the production team and the wider office function. You will be involved in all aspects of production and office administration, providing support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the production team and provide holiday and absence cover as required.
- Manage and maintain ISO 9001 and 14001 systems
- Assist in preparing for internal and customer audits
- Provide technical support to the sales team and customers
- Organise fabric testing and customer approval submits
- Maintain and update customer portals with technical and operational data
- Understand and help manage RWS/RMS certification processes
- General office administration and organisation including some Health & Safety responsibilities
- Work closely with the Managing Director on key operational matters
What We’re Looking For:
- A practical, proactive, and committed team player
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach
- Confident computer literacy (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Good spoken and written English
- Excellent presentational skills
- Textile background and understanding of yarns and fabrics is desirable
- Knowledge of TMS (Textile Management Systems) is desirable
- Experience or understanding of ISO standards and certification processes is a plus

Working Hours
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
