Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Playworker to join our out of school club. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for children. As a Playworker, you will facilitate play opportunities that promote learning and development while ensuring the well-being of all participants.
Duties
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
- Plan and implement a variety of activities that encourage creativity, teamwork, and physical development.
- Educate children on the importance of teamwork, respect, and social skills through structured play.
- Maintain a clean and organised environment, ensuring all equipment is safe and suitable for use.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their children's experiences and progress.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive atmosphere that caters to the diverse needs of all children.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge in child development.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
