We are looking for a fabulous Leisure Club Assistant to join our busy and friendly club.
The Leisure Club is the heart of the hotel to which all activities start, this means we are looking for someone who can multi task with a smile and keep our reputation for being a welcoming and friendly hotel. You will work Shifts 6.30am – 3.00pm or 2pm – 10.30pm on a rota system.
The role of a Leisure Club Attendant involves a range of duties including:
· Delivering the highest levels of customer service to our guests at all times
· Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the Leisure Club
· Report any faults with equipment or facilities.
· Create fitness plans for members and carry out inductions
· Processing charges for services and payments
· Carry out regular pool tests
· Answer all internal and external membership questions
· To adhere to all Health and Safety responsibilities
We are looking for a friendly and engaging individual who can problem solve and action requests quickly, extremely organised and able to work with the wider hotel team to deliver a wonderful guest experience.
You must have at least 1 years experience and ideally hold a Level 2 Fitness Instructors qualification. A Pool responder qualification, Exercise class qualification is also desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
We need a reliable, confident individual with a proven track record working in a customer facing role.
