Do you love working with children and have a natural skill for turning everyday moments into fun, playful experiences? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and creative Playworker to join our friendly afterschool club team, supporting children aged 4–11 years.
If you believe play is powerful—and you're ready to create a space where kids feel safe, inspired, and excited every afternoon—this is the job for you!
Hours:
18 hours per week (Term Time Only)
Afterschool Club: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Experience in a play or childcare setting (paid or voluntary)
- A warm, positive attitude and a good sense of fun!
- A Playwork or Childcare qualification is a bonus—but not essential
- Ability to support and deliver a variety of engaging, age-appropriate activities
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS (we’ll arrange this)
- Satisfactory references
