Join a Leading Law Firm We are working with a well-regarded law firm who are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Team Leader to take charge of their dynamic department.
The Role:
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team of fee earners handling a caseload of personal injury matters.
You’ll provide day-to-day support, ensure targets and compliance standards are met, and drive performance across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and motivating a team of PI fee earners, paralegals, and assistants
- Handling your own reduced caseload of personal injury claims
- Conducting regular file reviews and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Delivering training, coaching, and performance management
- Driving efficiency, quality, and client care within the department
About You:
- Proven experience in personal injury law (RTA, EL/PL, or general PI)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others
- Solid knowledge of case management systems and compliance procedures
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
