Established in 2017, School of Coding & AI has rapidly ascended to become the UK’s largest and most decorated institution in Coding and Computer Science. Each month we empower thousands of children and adults, collaborating with over 150 schools, colleges and businesses nationwide to deliver comprehensive courses in STEM, Coding, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Business Studies.
This year we’ve partnered with University of Wolverhampton to open our very first Higher Education Institute, expanding opportunities for students to excel in their chosen fields.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
- CEO Support: Provide high-level administrative support directly to the CEO, including complex diary management, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and email management.
- Administration & Record-Keeping: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, drafting correspondence, processing expenses, updating databases, and managing documents.
- Organisation Mastery: Prioritise and manage the CEO’s time effectively, ensuring they are prepared for every meeting, event, and commitment.
- Communication Hub: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas and accurate meeting minutes.
- Project Support: Assist with key business initiatives and track progress on action items.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with complete professionalism.
- Event & Meeting Coordination: Organise senior leadership meetings, board meetings, and company events.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider administrative and leadership team to ensure smooth business operations.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Support the CEO and leadership team in any additional administrative or organisational tasks.
WHAT BACKGROUND DO I NEED TO HAVE?
- At least 2 years’ experience as a PA, EA, or similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with senior leadership or executives preferred.
- A-Levels or a relevant diploma/degree (e.g. Business Administration, Office Management) is preferred.
