We are seeking a highly organised, experienced, and driven Personal Assistant to support our Chairman who oversees both a Venture Capital business and an international NGO within a fast-paced family office environment.
This position is demanding and dynamic. We are seeking for an individual who is warm with an engaging personality. We require someone who is hands-on, adaptable, who comprehends the constantly evolving priorities in this setting.

The ideal candidate will have a wide-ranging set of administrative responsibilities and will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the office. This individual should be able to anticipate the executive's needs and provide efficient and effective support.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage calendars, schedule appointments and coordinate travel arrangements
· Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
· Respond to email and telephone inquiries in a professional and timely manner
· Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
· Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
· Monitor and manage incoming requests, prioritising and delegating as necessary
· Manage project tasks, including tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met
· Provide ad hoc support as needed

Hours: Monday to Friday - 09:00 to 18:00 (Office Based)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience favourable
