We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Director. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring smooth operations within the office. This role requires excellent communication abilities and proficiency in various software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Business Director, managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks as required.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organised workspace.
- Coordinate meetings, including logistics such as venue booking and agenda preparation.
- Support various clerical tasks to enhance office efficiency, including filing and document management.
- Utilise QuickBooks for basic financial tracking and invoicing as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven administrative experience in an office environment is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Experience with data entry and clerical duties is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.

Pay: £24,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
